Role of Smart Phone Addiction, Fear of Missing Out on Perceived Competence among Secondary and Intermediate Students

The main goal of the study was to investigate effects SPA (smart-phone-addiction), FOMO (fear-of-missing-out) on PC (perceived competence) among secondary and intermediate students. sample comprised 200 students from Multan's levels, their age range 15 18 years old. purposive sampling technique used. measure smart phone addiction by Kwon et al. (2013) consisted 10 items, Przybyiski items intervention, Ozer (2016) (perceived-competence) scale consisting 40 were employed. Results indicated that positively correlated with Fear-of-Missing-Out had a negative relation & competence). (Smart-phone-addiction) has significant impact fear missing out.
